Complete an additional 3-6 hour course and provide support to Louisiana parents and children through KIDLINE. KIDLINE (1-800-CHILDREN) is a telephone helpline providing parenting information, phone counseling, referrals to community resources, help for victims of child abuse, and information on Louisiana’s Safe Haven law. This child abuse prevention program is offered in partnership with Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana, the only statewide nonprofit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.
